Project Summary
The Teshie-Krobo project is a holistic educational support initiative aimed at improving the learning environment for pupils at the Teshie-Krobo Municipal Assembly Basic School. The project was executed in phases, covering infrastructure renovation, furnishing, and literacy enhancement.
Key Activities:
Roof Rehabilitation: The damaged roof of the school block was repaired to provide a safe, weather-proof learning space.
Painting: The entire school building was repainted to enhance aesthetics and inspire learning.
Student Desks: New dual desks were supplied to reduce overcrowding and provide comfortable seating.
Library Building: A dedicated library structure was constructed to promote reading culture and support academic research.
Book Donation: A wide variety of reading and academic books were donated to equip the new library and support literacy development.
Impact:
This project has significantly improved the school environment, enhanced student morale, and strengthened the community’s commitment to education. Over 300 pupils now benefit from a safer, more functional, and inspiring learning space.
